1. What we offer

Crevity provides online tools to:

• Create digital invitations (generating a final image for download/sharing).
• Create HTML email signatures (generating code to paste into email clients).

2. Usage rules

You agree to:

• Use the Services legally and ethically.
• Not insert illegal, offensive, discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Not attempt to exploit flaws, automate abuse, or overload the system (bots, aggressive scraping, etc.).

We may limit or block access in case of abuse.

3. Content you provide

You are responsible for all content you insert (texts, names, images, messages).

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Examples of prohibited content:

• Copyright/trademark infringement
• Hate, harassment, or illegal content
• Personal data of third parties without authorization

4. Intellectual property

• Crevity retains rights over the site, brand, and software.
• The generated result (invitation/signature) is for your use. You may use and share the generated file.
• Templates/models may have usage rules. If there are licensed elements, use is permitted within the Service.

5. Availability and support

We aim for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We may perform maintenance and updates.

6. Limitation of liability

Crevity is not responsible for:

• Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
